Thailand, the global short-form video platform, says its multi-logistics approach has expanded consumer choice for both products and delivery services.Chanida Klyphun, director of public policy for Southeast Asia at TikTok, said the company does not have a policy to monopolise logistics services for the transport of products and services.
In fact, TikTok does not have its own logistics system. The platform assigns delivery tasks to logistics providers primarily based on service efficiency and their ability to deliver goods on time.
She said delays in product delivery impacts merchants’ credibility.
