A major mule account holder linked to a fraudulent online loan network has been arrested in a joint operation by the Special Operations Division (SOD) under the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB).

- POST REPORTERS

The suspect, identified as Kuan “Joy” Intharat, 51, was apprehended at Don Muang Railway Station while travelling into Bangkok yesterday.

Authorities said the network created fake Facebook pages imitating well-known financial institutions, including one under the name imitating an online financial service provided by a well-known bank.
