Bangkok survives by absorbing pressure, by letting friction disperse rather than forcing it into confrontation. Daily life is shaped by adjustment and accommodation, by a constant negotiation with systems that do not fully work but continue anyway. Over time, that approach stops being situational and becomes instinctive. People learn to tolerate inefficiency, to move around obstacles, to accept that things rarely settle into clarity, and to treat endurance notas a temporary state butas a stable one.
