Local site manager earns major honour

Worthy winner Alistair Grant

Barratt Homes’ Alistair Grant is one of five site managers across the country awarded with a ‘Seal of Excellence’ at the 2025 National House Building Council's (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards.

Awarded a Pride in the Job Quality Award earlier in the year, Alistair has now received the prestigious ‘Seal of Excellence’ for demonstrating exceptional standards at his Calder Gardens site in Carnbroe.

Every site manager who is registered with the NHBC is automatically entered into the awards, with only a select few being awarded the Seal of Excellence from over hundreds of entrants, showcasing the top five per cent in British housebuilding.
