Misri stars arrested, later tender apology

The complaint targeted unknown riders under section 281 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and sections 177 and 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act for dangerous stunts and safety violations.

Nine hours of questioning

The investigation soon pulled in producer Sanjay Soni, Tiku Talsania and actors Premkumar Gadhvi and Jesal Jadeja. All four faced questioning that stretched nearly nine hours-from 11 am to 8 pm.

Following thorough interrogation, three of them — Talsania, Gadhvi and Jadeja - were arrested around 6 pm for performing stunts and breaking traffic laws. They were later released on bail.
