QUINN Roux is feeling in the best shape of his life but the former Ireland international admits it'll be a stretch for him to be around at Bath for as long as Johann van Graan.
Roux, 33, missed a couple of months earlier on this season due to concussion but has had a good run of games since with last Friday's win against Newcastle his 15th appearance of the season.
It is a big improvement on his first season at The Rec when two knee injuries restricted him to just nine games.
"I am feeling great and, hopefully, I'll stay injury free," the Pretoria-born lock told The Rugby Paper. "This year I've been lucky to get a few games on the bounce and I feel I have been getting better.
"Physically, the guys in the S&C team have been unbelievable for me, I feel the best I have felt in five or six years.
"I'm 34 in October but I certainly don't feel it.
In fairness, I have been training the most I have trained in a very long time, and that's credit to them and the investment they have been putting into all the players.
