The philosophy of ‘education for all’ permeates the Panchajanya Vidya Peetha trust. Since its inception in 1980, the institutions under its umbrella have catered to marginalized and underprivileged communities. Upholding Dr Ambedkar's principles of social justice, inclusive learning, and education as a means to uplift the oppressed, Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology (Dr AIT), a prominent autonomous engineering college located in Bengaluru, is empowering innumerable students through technical and higher education. Our objective is captured in the acronym Dr AIT - Dynamic, Resourceful, Adept and Innovative Technical professionals to meet global challenges.
Dr AIT is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, recognized and accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), and has been awarded an ‘A+’ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
We offer state-of-the-art undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in the fields of engineering, technology, and management. We aim to instil moral and ethical values with social and professional commitment.

The discrimination persists from Kashmir to Kerala. From delayed degrees and stalled promotions to verbal abuse, professional isolation, and sometimes death, these case studies underscore not isolated instances but a pattern
