A Dick Wolf project feels like committing to years. Law & Order is still on! What was it like saying yes to CIA?

Honestly, it was a bit of a no-brainer. It’s been about five or six years since we finished Lucifer, and one thing I’d really missed was leading a set and living in one character’s shoes consistently. And then there was the New York aspect, which [my wife] Meaghan [Oppenheimer] and I have talked about. Dick Wolf is just this legend, the most successful TV producer of all time. The opportunity to put a fresh spin on it was really tempting.
