GUIDED TOURS 300 per person (includes feni tasting)
No one ever walks into a museum and utters 'Blow my Skull'; orders a 'Wife Beater', or creates tinkling chords with finely-cut liturgical wine glasses. But in Goa's All About Alcohol, a first-of-its-kind museum in the country, curator Armando Duarte will teach the basics of skull-blowing. Take 1-pint rum; I pint ale: 1/2 pint brandy;: 2 pints boiling water; lime/ sugar to taste and quaff. To drink what the British tagged a 'wife beater', order a Stella Artois that, according to Bacchanalian belief, prompted mighty aggression. And if you want to get more tipsy, glug it into a Stella Yard, a beer mug so tall that it needed wooden structure support to stay upright. Or pick from a collection of nearly 3,000 glasses and bottles lined on the shelves of the 13,000 sq ft museum founded by Nandan Kudchadkar.
