Meet Dasha, the 19-year-old powerhouse who's not only making waves but also absolutely owning the cover of MAXIM!

It's incredible that at just 19 years old, you're on the cover of MAXIM.

How does that feel?

It honestly blows my mind to think that only last year I was still in high school finishing off grade 12 and now I'm on the cover of MAXIM. You're kidding me! I remember at the start of this year, I wrote down my goals, and one of them was to be on the cover of MAXIM.

Little did I know that just a few months later, I'd be ticking that off the list. This just goes to show that age is no boundary to what one can achieve. People often say "you're too young" or "slow down" - no way! If you have a vision, the determination, and belief in yourself, the sky isn't even the limit, it's just the beginning.

I'm incredibly grateful, and more than anything, I hope this inspires other young women to spread their wings and go after unapologetically.

What was the inspiration or idea behind your shoot?

The shoot reflects a massive milestone in my career- landing my first ever MAXIM cover at 19 years old. However, I also wanted it to symbolise a new chapter in my life.

You'll notice these analogies of growth and reaching new heights throughout the photos, like spreading my wings and stepping into uncharted territory. So for me, it wasn't just a shoot; it was an introduction to a new era in my career - bold, unapologetic, and unleashed.

Give us a little more background about yourself and your life story so far.

While modelling takes a significant place in my life, I think my journey started way before I ever stepped in front of a camera. I always loved dancing, and I'm very proud to share that my brother and I are the current Adult Queensland Champions in Latin American Dancing.
