So, he chose the harder path: moving to the UK to start over. No network. No local experience. No guarantees. Just an unwavering belief in reinvention—and the quiet strength of his family behind him.

Frustration Fuels Purpose

“My passion was born out of frustration,” Siddharth says candidly. “First in India, and then again in the UK.”

In India, he thrived under pressure—tight budgets, complex tenders, and multilayered approvals. But when he landed in the UK, the rules changed. Despite a strong resume, the one phrase he kept hearing was: “No UK experience.”

The rejections piled up. Weeks turned into months. One night, alone in his room thousands of miles from home, he asked himself the hardest question: “Did I make the right decision?” There were no dramatic revelations that night—just a quiet promise to keep showing up.

Eventually, that persistence paid off. Siddharth cracked the code: crafting tailored CVs, studying hiring psychology, and mastering intentional outreach. He landed a role at a top engineering consultancy. That breakthrough didn’t just change his life—it defined his purpose. “If I could solve this for myself, I knew I could solve it for others.”
