Throughout my career as an athlete and now as a doctor, I’ve witnessed firsthand how stress wreaks havoc on our bodies. The conversation around stress often focuses on mental well-being, but we're learning that chronic stress creates physical consequences too.

As someone who's pushed through Olympic campaigns, career transitions and the demands of motherhood while studying medicine, I know the weight of trying to do it all. When stress becomes chronic, it triggers a cascade of hormonal disruptions that can wreak havoc on women’s health.
