Make the most of FROZEN WEDGES

Cheese and Bacon Potato Wedges

SERVES 4

PREP & COOK 30 MINS

■ 750g packet frozen potato wedges

■ 150g shortcut bacon, chopped

■ 1 cup grated mozzarella

■ ¾ cup sour cream

■ 2 green onions, thinly sliced

■ Sriracha hot chilli sauce, to serve

1 Spread wedges evenly over a large oven tray lined with baking paper. Scatter bacon over top.

2 Cook in a 220C preheated oven for about 20 mins, tossing halfway through, until wedges are golden brown and bacon is crisp. Remove.

3 Season wedges with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to same oven for 5 mins, or until cheese is melted.
