HOW TO MAKE BREADCRUMBS

(WITHOUT A FOOD PROCESSOR!)

• Freeze any leftover bread rolls.

• Remove rolls from freezer. Stand on a chopping board for 10 mins to thaw slightly.

• Using a box-style grater, grate the frozen bread carefully.

• Use for schnitzels, in meatballs or for gratin toppings.

• To toast, spread breadcrumbs over an oven tray and cook in a 160C preheated oven for 8-10 mins, until golden and crisp. Cool on tray.
