The SHARED TABLE

At Magnolia, our love of food comes from the belief that life’s best moments unfold around the table. It’s where time stills. Where we can slow down, settle in, and connect with family and friends. It’s where the old adage proves true: A shared table is a shared life. That belief inspired The Shared Table—a seasonal supper club series we’re kicking off this spring across all of Magnolia, starting right here in the magazine. Each season, we’ll gather around food and community, sharing an experience meant to be anticipated, returned to, and passed along. One we hope bridges not only our table to yours, but yours to others’. —Jo

In every issue, you’ll find a seasonally inspired gathering guide—curated by us with a full menu you can follow (or you can make your own). We’ll also share ideas for the look and feel, including color palettes, table details, playlists, and conversation starters.

imageThese are tools you can use, adapt, or leave behind as you host in your own way. Our hope is that these guides encourage a rhythm of gathering—marking the seasons and making space for the people you love. This spring, we’re starting with a sunlit, nourishing brunch: late-morning or early-afternoon light, a breezy table open to outside air, and conversation that feels relaxed and unhurried.

COLOR PALETTE

Start with one soft tone (like a pink or yellow), anchor with a green or a deeper color, and then layer in neutrals to balance out the look.
