With the amount of new tech constantly launched in Singapore, how do you know when something you’re using is truly a great product and not just another mediocre release? As someone who has tested and reviewed quite a few items at this stage, I find that you can only give an honest answer to this question months into your trial. That’s when you know whether you’re using something halfheartedly, the excitement of the new launch long worn off, or if, on the flip side, it has become an essential, perfectly integrated into your everyday life.

This is what sets the scene for this review of the Jabra Elite 8 Active. I first started using these earphones about six months ago, only days after they were first launched. I could have reviewed them a few weeks later, but my take on the product would have been rather shallow.
