Am I in some kind of playhouse? Surely real-life living cannot be this exciting? Feel this free? Have a kind of fizz flickering though it? It's a grownup, design-led take on rule breaking and not caring what anyone thinks, and I for one am all ready to sign up to this new way of thinking and existing. Imagine unpacking the big shop in this kitchen - it would be an absolute lark!

This is a clever tempering of material, colour and shape. Such standard ingredients for such an exceptional room. Items in more expected materials are in interesting, refined shapes (the steel island, the wooden table). Colour-wise there's the bold (the dining chairs, the curtain) and more subtle (the bespoke, navy-stained rock maple cabinetry, the pastel vintage bowl).
