Around thirty yoga students visited The Yoga Institute, Santacruz on a cool breezy Saturday afternoon.
The session started with Varshaji introducing us to Shri Yogendraji's journey and teaching yoga to householders in a simplified way. She also talked about the eight-fold path and how to follow it daily. A lecture on how there is no stillness in life at any given point in time and the reasons why we are not peaceful followed, identifying expectations, jealousy, hatred, competition and desires. She also mentioned that our five senses are not in control, which leads to anxiety, misery and sadness. Solutions would be acceptance, gratitude, appreciation and Ishvara Pranidhana.

क ई तरह की व्यवस्थाएँ हैं, जो हमें सचेत करती हैं कि हमें क्या करना है। माता-पिता, समाज, कानून आदि के प्रति हमारे कुछ उत्तरदायित्व होते हैं, कर्तव्य व व्यवहार के कुछ नियम होते हैं जिनका हमें पूर्ण रूप से पालन करना होता है, परन्तु बहुत से लोग अपने कर्तव्यों के प्रति लापरवाह होते हैं, उन्हें अपने कर्तव्य पालन करना पसंद नहीं है ।
