Berry and watermelon sorbet

A quick frozen treat, and totally fat-free too.

1 Remove the frozen fruits from the freezer and leave until they just start to soften. Tip into a blender, with the lemon juice and sugar, and then purée until smooth. If the mixture is very soft, return to the freezer until it’s firm enough to scoop into balls.

Serve the sorbet garnished with mint. Per serving: Cals 93-75, Fat 0g, Sat fat 0g, Carbs 10-16g
