CLEANSING THE CLEANSER

Party season is over and it's time to start the new year on a positive note. Give your body a much-needed rest by doing a liver detox. Why the liver? Because practically everything that goes into your body, both good and bad, passes through the liver. When operating at its peak, the liver can filter almost two quarts of blood per minute and easily demolish toxins. So, you can understand how important a role the liver plays in your wellbeing. However, the liver is also subjected to a lot of abuse. Alcohol, pollution, secondhand smoke, allergens, a poor diet, and even stress can take their toll on the liver, making it sluggish. Hence, it is very important to keep the liver squeaky clean and in top working condition.

Here is a list of foods that aid in maintaining a healthy liver:

Curcumin: Curcumin promotes the production of enzymes that detoxify the liver and also the flow of bile that cleanses the liver and rejuvenates its cells. Not only does turmeric help keep the liver in peak condition, but it also has the strength to prevent alcohol-induced cirrhosis of the liver and liver cancer. Turmeric is added to all Indian foods 

Garlic: Garlic is a powerful aid when it comes to liver cleansing. To mainI have observed tain good liver health, that if you consume garlic every day, your liver will function at optimum levels. The so potent and penjuice of the garlic is etrating that it helps dissolve impurities from the liver. Not only is it good for your liver, but your taste buds will also absolutely love it.
