As Chairman of the GTM Group, Tushar Kumar leads the real estate vertical with a hands on and strategic leadership style.

His responsibilities include land acquisition, project planning, construction execution, regulatory compliance, and overall development strategy. Known for his disciplined approach and long term outlook, he has played a key role in building the group's credibility and scaling its presence in both residential and commercial real estate.

Strengthening the operational backbone of the organization is Nitin Kapoor, Managing Director of the GTM Group. He oversees customer care, post sales services, and client relationship management across all projects.
