How did you get your break as an actress?

Through auditions and meeting lots of people working in the industry like directors producers who were keen on making a good cinema but as of now in my opinion, I think I have not got a "break" I deserve although I have worked in few Hindi and South feature films and in more than 50 music albums and more than a dozen ad films

Was acting in your mind since childhood?

Not at all. I belong to a very conservative family in Rajasthan. I was born in Bikaner and was bought up in very small towns. We were only taught to study hard and get a government job.

Why did you want to be an actress?

Because I think you should love whatever you do. You should not feel bored or burdened over what you do. You should enjoy what you do so I enjoy what I do now. Although I am a dental surgeon degree holder too.

To what extent do you believe in destiny?

Yes that's why one child is born a millionaire and another born by the side of a road.
