Cartier congregates its most magical repertoire of precious watches in a show of creativity.

At the heart of Cartier's precious timepieces is the powerful synergy between watchmaking and jewellery, meeting at the confluence of the Maison's savoir-faire and transforming gemsetting into an art. Since the 1910s, creativity has continuously infused the metamorphosis of Cartier's family of precious watchmaking classics and novelties.

Among the new expressions of Cartier's jewellery-inspired approach to watchmaking is the Baignoire bangle, launched three years ago, now studded with 380 brilliant-cut diamonds on the curved bracelet and 171 diamonds on the oval case that took eight hours for the jeweller to set. Its dial sports a domed sapphire crystal atop an elegant grained silvered background displaying anthracite grey Roman numerals and blued-steel sword-shaped hands, along with a diamond-studded winding crown. A light touch on the two push buttons on the clasp, seamlessly blending into the rounded shape of the bracelet, opens the bracelet with ease.
