Whitney feels the heat when Lauren drops an ultimatum about her pal’s fostering lie

When Whitney returned to Walford from Milton Keynes last month, it was with a humongous pile of baggage. Not only did she have youngster Britney in tow - much to Zack’s fury - but she confessed to Lauren that she hadn’t officially fostered her. Instead, she had paid Britney’s drug-addled mother, Keeley, two thousand pounds to take the kid off her hands. With Zack still in the dark and Whitney’s lies spiralling, Lauren issues an ultimatum - if her pal doesn’t tell Zack the truth, she will. The pressure builds when Britney needs hospital treatment after a crash on her bike.
