Steph prepares for cosmetic surgery...only to be rumbled by Caleb and Ruby

Steph has become obsessed with how she looks, and it has nothing to do with vanity and everything to do with knowing that her 'grandad' Anthony is her biological father. Staring at her reflection, she sees 'his' features, and is desperate to erase them... hence her drastic plan this week to have cosmetic surgery.
Aware that Caleb and Ruby won't approve, Steph attends her pre-op appointment in secret, then lies that she is visiting a friend in Capri.
The pair are surprised by the suddenness of her 'trip', and when Steph heads off the next day and Caleb checks on her flight number, he's thrown to discover that it doesn't exist.
