The giggle of a strange puppet is slowly driving the human race insane in the last of Doctor Who’s anniversary specials, and it’s no laughing matter. But when the Doctor (David Tennant) discovers that one of his oldest foes is behind it, he realises this is a battle he may not be able to win.

The enemy in question is the Toymaker, first portrayed by Michael Gough in 1966, and now played by It’s a Sin and How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris.
