Cheeseburger Pot Stickers

‘It’s a tasty Chinese American dumpling that everyone will love,’ says the Top Chef alum and chef-owner of Ms Chi Cafe in Los Angeles. ‘I like to serve them with Thousand Island dressing to create that classic California cheeseburger flavor, but ketchup and mustard are also great!’

INGREDIENTS:

1. Combine ground beef, shredded cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of the oil in a medium bowl; gently mix with your hands to incorporate.
2. Place 1 wonton wrapper flat on a clean surface. Put about 1 tablespoon of beef filling in the middle of each wrapper. Moisten edges of wrapper with a little water. Fold wrapper over to make a half-moon shape; seal or crimp edges to seal. Place pot sticker on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
