ANTHONY RANDELLO-JAHN 'Tuxedo' Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

‘While experimenting in the kitchen, I dipped a strawberry at an angle and suddenly saw a tiny tuxedo staring back at me. It was love at first sight,’ says the popular content creator, who includes the ‘dressed-up treat’ in his debut book, The Donut Daddy Cookbook. ‘They are romantic without being fussy. And let’s be honest, who can resist a berry in formalwear?’

4 oz. white chocolate, chopped

1 tsp. coconut oil or vegetable shortening, divided

12 large fresh strawberries, washed and thoroughly dried

4 oz. dark chocolate, chopped

1. Microwave white chocolate in a small microwavable bowl on high in 20-second intervals until melted and silky, stirring between each interval. If chocolate is too thick, stir in ½ teaspoon of the coconut oil.
