Dr Sanghamitra Buddhapriya, Dean (Academics) of the FORE School of Management, Delhi, has over 27 years of experience in research, teaching, training and consulting. She started her career as an Assistant Professor in 1996 at the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH). “I was on the last leg of my PhD by then,” she recalls. “I got promoted to the role of Associate Professor in 2000. In 2004, I joined the FORE School of Management in the area of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management and became a Professor in 2009.”
