THE COCONUT SHOP

Jojo jackal had the only coconut water shop in Anandvan, so he sold them at unreasonable prices.

He was happy earning a lot of money and did not want another coconut water shop to open in the forest. As soon as he came to know that Danny donkey was about to open a coconut water shop, he became furious and immediately went to Danny.

"Danny! Couldn't you find any other work to do? How dare you open a coconut water shop!" shouted Jojo, threatening Danny.

"But Jojo, our shops won't be close to each other," replied Danny.

"I don't know all that! Just don't open the shop!" shouted Jojo.

"I can't do this. I have spent all my savings to open this shop. If I don't open the shop, I will suffer a lot," said Danny.

"Ok, but like me, you also charge a ₹100 for coconut water," instructed Jojo.

"So expensive? I will sell it for ₹30. That is the right amount," replied Danny.

"Danny, that's why everyone calls you a fool! When everyone is willing to buy coconut water for ₹100, then why sell it for ₹30?" asked Jojo.

"No, I will sell coconut water for ₹30 only. It's not a good thing to be greedy," replied Danny.

Jojo kept persuading Danny, but when Danny did not agree, Jojo became furious.

"Looks like you won't listen," said Jojo, irritated. He was about to beat Danny in anger when he saw Ellie elephant coming towards them. So, he silently left.

By evening, Danny told everyone in the forest that on September 2, on the occasion of World Coconut Day, he was going to open a coconut water shop in the forest, and everyone had to come to the inauguration of the shop. He also specially invited King Leo, gathered at the inauguration ceremony of Danny's shop. King Leo inaugurated the shop by cutting the ribbon.
