MOVIE JURASSIC WORLD REBIRTH

STARRING: Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, Mahershala Ali

Set five years after the events of predecessor Jurassic World Dominion, the latest film in the franchise takes place in a world that has become largely inhospitable to dinosaurs. The surviving creatures have been confined to remote, tropical areas, including Ile Saint-Hubert, which housed an old InGen research facility. But when a pharmaceutical company hires a team of experts for an expedition to the abandoned island to extract genetic material from the three largest dinosaurs so they can create a revolutionary, life-saving drug, they discover failed dinosaur experiments that have been thriving there for decades. Among the mutated creatures is Distortus rex, a six-limbed, deformed Tyrannosaurus rex, who makes their mission just that little bit more complicated - and dangerous! (In cinemas Thu., Jul. 3)

TV HIS DARK MATERIALS

I read the trilogy this series is based on - by Philip Pullman - when I was a kid, so this really took me back. It has stayed loyal to the source material, so fans of the books will adore it. But even if you're a newcomer, who doesn't love talking animals and mystical portals to a parallel universe!? (On Max)
