THE ACTRESS IS MAKING A RETURN TO THE PUBLIC EYE ON HER OWN TERMS

Her megawatt smile used to be a regular fixture on red carpets, but in the past few years, Sandra Bullock has all but disappeared from Hollywood. The actress has been keeping a low profile since losing her long-term partner, Bryan Randall.

After the photographer's death in August 2023 at age 57, following a three-year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Bullock has been focused on her children, Louis and Laila.

“Sandra had it all, and once she lost Bryan, she had to rethink priorities, and making movies wasn’t the top priority,” a source told the Daily Mail. “The time it takes to make them – the time away from family – is a lot to deal with.”

While the 61-year-old actress hasn’t been seen in a film since her 2022 adventure comedy, The Lost City, it doesn’t mean that we won’t be seeing her pop up on screens again.

“Sandra is not silently retired, but it is going to take something very special for her to get back to work,” the source explained. “She has a couple of things in the pipeline.”

Bullock announced in 2022 that she was going on a hiatus from Hollywood.
