After her hugely successful Eras Tour, Taylor Swift has shown she has plenty to give back to the team who helped bring the à global production to life.

In her new six-part Disney+ docuseries, The End of an Era, Episode 2 captures the moment Swift handed out bonuses to her entire crew - something she did at the end of each leg of the tour. Everyone from lighting and sound technicians to dancers, caterers, production assistants, security, physical therapists, riggers and truck drivers received a surprise payout.

In the episode, Swift gathered the crew around her and handed each of them an envelope one by one. "Everyone has the same message on their card, I was hoping you would open it," she told them.
