Here, WHO speaks to Amy Castano, CEO and co-founder of gym ACERO, who knows a thing or two about staying fit year-round, and swears by these tips and tricks for staying motivated - even when it's freezing.

“In winter, I stop training just for physical goals and start doing it for how it makes me feel. Mood, energy and clarity - that’s the real win,” Castano says. “The results will come, but this mindset shift is what keeps me going.”
