For years, talk about plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures was off-limits, with stars playing coy about their ever-changing appearances. (How many times have we heard famous faces attribute their glow-ups to weight loss, contouring, push-up bras or miracle creams?) But lately, we’ve seen a shift in the trend, with some of the biggest names in the industry coming clean.

On March 7, Meghan Trainor revealed that she recently underwent a breast augmentation and lift. “Yup, I got my boobs done,” she shared in an Instagram video, proudly declaring that she couldn’t be happier with her decision. “I’ve always struggled with loving my boobs.” Now, she added, “They look and feel amazing.” Trainor’s honesty comes on the heels of former DWTS pro Lindsay Arnold, who documented her breast augmentation journey on social media in January.
