We're two episodes into Mayor of Kingstown's fourth season on Paramount+, and new Anchor Bay prison warden Nina Hobbs — played by the super-talented Edie Falco — is hiding a lot of ruthlessness behind that stoic facade. “She’s got to keep it together,” the actress, 62, tells Us. “If the warden of a prison as dangerous and volatile as that one loses her stuff, that’s a recipe for madness.”
