Opting for a slightly darker shade, the 41-year-old showed up at the Rugby World Cup 2023 Group Stage match with a face-framing cut with curtain bangs and a center part. “Kate changes her hairstyle about once a year,” an insider tells Star. “She does like a refresh every now and then.”
