Carla O’Brien, 48, has been charged with stealing $147,400 from the Fox Chapel Area Baseball Softball Association over a five-year period, beginning in 2019. According to prosecutors, she began plundering the kiddie org’s coffers almost as soon as she took over the treasurer post. They say she squandered her ill-gotten gains on shopping sprees at S
