The Hollywood Medium, 29, revealed to his 1 million-plus Instagram fans that he'd had a procedure to excise “most” of a colloid growth near the center of his brain.

Tyler shared the news in a caption accompanied by a photo of him in a hospital bed, adding that he has a “great prognosis.”
