For more than two decades, Jack Stooks worked as a senior gardener at King Charles III's Highgrove estate. But the reigning monarch wasn't the only royal family member he became well-acquainted with during his tenure in Gloucestershire, England. In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, the former staffer reveals he “got to know” Prince William and his wife, Princess Kate, on a personal level as well.

“They were very down-to-earth and lovely,” he shares. “They were always really polite, kind, caring and really fun.”
