The American socialite, fashion designer and model gives us her take on luxury: splurging in Miu Miu, exploring Tokyo and savouring a grilled cheese sandwich

When the hotel heiress Nicky Hilton married the financier James Rothschild at Kensington Palace in 2015, two dynasties came together. The couple are now based in New York with their children: Lily-Grace, eight, Theodora, seven, and Chasen, two. Nicky, the younger sister of Paris Hilton, is balancing family life with fashion; she recently launched a jewellery brand, Theo Grace, which is rooted in personalised design.

A luxury night out to me is dinner at a great restaurant, with great company, wearing a fabulous outfit. My favourite meal is steak with a great glass of red wine at Cut at 45 Park Lane in London.
