The successful entrepreneur Holly Tucker believes she knows the key to healing pain in midlife: owning your own business.

Having championed female-led small businesses through her online marketplace, Holly & Co, she says that women feel more empowered to succeed when they have suffered loss.

Holly, who also presents Be Your Own Boss on ITV, has firsthand experience. By the time she was 25, she had been married, divorced and diagnosed with a brain tumour.

She then launched her first enterprise, setting up Christmas markets, which led to her successful online platform, Not On the High Street.
