BONKERS baby-daddy-to-be Dominic Garcia held his pregnant galpal — and six of her relatives — hostage for nearly six months in Utah by telling them that their lives were in jeopardy from an imaginary cartel, lawmen say.

Garcia, 28, is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping, hazing involving the use of a dangerous weapon, and threat of violence in connection with the case.
