Sex swapper sues to recover testicles kept in the fridge

SEX swapper Brianna Kingsley has gone to court demanding her former lover William Wojciechowski return her testicles — removed during a gender-change op — which she claims he’s keeping in a jar in his fridge!

Kingsley, 40, who says she’s converted to Islam, apparently kept her old balls as some sort of bizarre trophy after they were removed by doctors.

In court papers, she complains Wojciechowski, 37, now has her by the balls, claiming, “Defendant retains possession of my surgically extracted testicles, preserved in [a] Mason jar, kept in [the] fridge next to the eggs.

“Demand immediate return of my human remains specimen and damages of $6,500.”
