Rancher accused of blowing away unarmed alien crossing his land

RABID Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly fatally shot an unarmed Mexican national on his border property as the dead man’s pals fled in terror and narrowly escaped with their lives, prosecutors say.

But defense attorney Brenna Larkin insists the grumpy grandpa is being framed by violent thugs from South of the Border who were using his Nogalesarea land to smuggle drugs!

Larkin has also called out the “powder keg” of “highly politicized” interest in the case as the U.S. grapples with record-high illegal border crossings by undocumented immigrants.

Kelly, 74, was charged with second-degree murder following the death of Gabriel CuenButimea, 48, on Jan. 30.
