CALLOUS Caz Craffy abused his position as a civilian U.S. Army financial counselor to weasel nearly $10 million from grieving military widows, kids and parents, according to the feds.

Craffy, 41, pleaded guilty to all ten charges filed against him, including securities and wire fraud and making false statements. Now the money-grubbing monster faces up to a decade behind bars!
