Her move into the digital space with Jee Karda and Aakhri Sach signalled that shift, and she's now earning glowing praise for Do You Wanna Partner?, where she teams up with Diana Penty as one half of a spirited duo building a craft-beer startup. It's a refreshing, contemporary, female-led narrative, and Tamannaah embraces it with a newfound ease and confidence.

Looking ahead, her next big outing, Vvan - Force of the Forest (slated for 2026), promises a sweep of mythological spectacle, a reminder of her instinct for reinvention. As she stands at this exciting crossroads between mainstream cinema, OTT prestige and bold genre experimentation, Tamannaah is clearly in the midst of a defining chapter. You've now completed nearly two decades in the industry. Do you feel seen today in ways you weren't earlier?

This 20 year journey has definitely also helped me see myself better. So while it's a journey, which is very external, it's also been an association of me with myself. And definitely these 20 years have given me a lot of insight. I'm able to do things in a better way and people notice it and value it and the appreciation is definitely helpful. It makes me happy. I've evolved with time into a better actor, into a better person.

What's something you still feel hungry for as a woman, as a creative person and as Tamannaah?
