Shibani is an alumnus of the National Institute of Design Ahmedabad, and her remarkable career spans 25 years, during which she has not only excelled in the corporate sector as the Head of Design for Tata Interactive Systems, an incubation for a CSR foundation at ICICI Bank, and her appointment as a consultant for Traidcraft, United Kingdom; but she has also established several successful entrepreneurial ventures. Shibani has spent nearly two decades working closely with grassroots-level craft clusters across the country as part of her deep commitment to Indian arts and crafts.
