For Alec Leaman, a longtime resident of Middle Tennessee, real estate is truly a family business. With his mother having served as a REALTOR® in the area, he had an opportunity to learn the industry from the ground up while helping his parents renovate and sell investment properties in Williamson County. After graduating from college with an emphasis in finance and sales, he accepted a position with Brandon Hannah, Broker of Brandon Hannah Properties and an award-winning and very well respected agent in the region with over 20 years of experience. For years, Alec would have the pleasure of working alongside Brandon while establishing a network of satisfied clients and colleagues that spans the state; and following Brandon’s passing, Alec dedicated himself to continue to build off of the strong foundation Brandon had laid.
Today, Alec is the Principal Broker of Brandon Hannah Properties, where he assists clients throughout Nashville and the surrounding areas with an emphasis on Williamson County. Alongside his Affiliate Broker, Amanda Baker, and Office Manager, Joya Lindgren, he has cultivated a boutique workflow to meet the demands of any transaction—from residential purchases and sales to leasing and property management.
