• Nearly 30 million real Christmas trees are sold in the United States every year.

• About 350,000 acres are planted with Christmas trees on 15,000 U.S. farms.

• More than 100,000 people are employed by the Christmas tree industry annually.

• Christmas trees are grown in all 50 states, but the top producers are Oregon, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Washington.
